Terms and conditions

- This is just a quote and does not correspond to any reservation.

- A pre-reservation has a payment deadline, if the indicated amount is not paid on the agreed date, the pre-reservation will be cancelled.

- Check in is at 12:30pm, if the room is available, clients can enter earlier.

- Check out is at 11:00am.

- Postponements or modifications are only accepted up to 10 days before the service.

- If the client does not take the tour on the indicated date and time, a no-show is generated, that is, complete loss of the amount paid for the service.

- CANCELLATIONS:

  • Tour cancellations 5 or more days before the service have a 5% penalty for management fees
  • Cancellations of tours 04 to 02 days before the service applies a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the service
  • Cancellations of tours 1 day before the service applies a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the service
  • Hotel reservation cancellations are only accepted up to 15 days before the first night, with a 5% penalty for management fees. Cancellations 14 to 0 days before apply a 100% penalty.
  • Cancellation of air tickets and train tickets applies a 100% penalty.
  • Card payments include a 10% penalty in all cases

- Keep in mind that 4 and 5 star category hotels have different policies regarding postponements or cancellations, which vary between 30 to 60 days in advance.

- Any modification or cancellation must have the acceptance of our Reservations Department (in writing). If not, it is not considered valid.

Regarding returns

- If cancellations are made in the terms indicated above, refunds of amounts outside of penalties can be made, deducting 10% for management expenses.

- Children under 3 years old have a 100% discount on the price, sharing a seat, bed and food with adults. Children from 03 to 08 years old have a 10% discount on all services. Children from 09 years old pay regular rate. Only 01 child under 03 years old is accepted with a 100% discount for every 04 adults.

- Prices not valid for: Easter, national holidays, Christmas, New Year. Add 25% for these dates.

- The occurrence of force majeure, such as war, revolution, terrorist actions, border closures, epidemics, natural disasters, and other general causes of operation such as floods, fires, hotel closures, that seriously affect the agency to provide the service, excuse, without penalty, to the agency for failure to comply with the obligations contained in this regulation.
